In Bordeaux, Vieux Chateau, Château Haut-Marbuzet, Château de Haux, Château Thieuley, Château Desmirail, Château Faugères, Château Fourcas-Dupré, Château La Tour de By are some of the more popular wine producers. In Provence, some of the popular vineyards are Château de Roquefort, Château Roubine, and Château Calissanne. In Languedoc, Domaine Haut-Lirou, Domaine Coupe-Roses, Domaine du Grand Chemin and Domaine de l'Hortus are some of the popular producers. In the region of Burgundy, Domaine Laroche, Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard and Domaine Gros Frère et Soeur are some of the popular names in the field of wine production. In southern Rhone, producers such as Chateau de Campuget, Chateau Mont-redon, Clos du Pape and Chateau de Beaucastel are regarded highly.

There are a number of French wine producers all over France and this mention of some of the producers is by no means to be considered as exhaustive. It is merely a small list of the popular names. There are a number of French wine producers in many of the wine producing countries such as the United States and Spain and these producers are also quite highly regarded as far as the quality and taste of the French wine is considered.

Top Producers & Sales Managers Can Improve Sales Quickly by Delegating

One common sense but often overlooked way to improve sales involves delegating certain activities. Top producers and sales managers often are saddled with a myriad of other responsibilities including: scheduling, database maintenance, budgeting, compliance, and office management. Delegating may sound like common sense, and it is, but if you look around you'll notice that despite its logic, few organizations fully practice it.

Many firms could improve profitability by simply delegating most of these other responsibilities. The results can really be impressive. For instance, if a top producer or producing sales manager is currently generating $500,000 in commissions but spending 30% of their workday engaged in non-sales activities, then freeing up some or all of that time by delegating probably makes financial sense. The time saved through delegating could be applied toward additional sales activities. Using the above example, if 30% more time were applied toward making additional sales; it might translate into a 30%, $150,000 increase in sales commissions.

In the short run delegating can create an additional burden on the person to whom the work is being delegated. However, in the long run, some of the added sales commissions could be used to hire another person, if necessary, to handle the delegated duties on a regular basis. Even if the additional person were to cost say $40,000 - $50,000 in annual salary, the net improvement in commissions would still be $100,000 to $110,000, not too shabby for simply shifting a few responsibilities around. Some organizations will be able to delegate without the need for a new employee, just by distributing the responsibilities among existing administrative staff.

The idea is simple, find a way to take non-sales tasks away from top producers. By doing so, you may be able to quickly improve the bottom line. Even delegating seemingly simple to do tasks like teeing up a new customer or prospect in the database, scanning or copying documents, or faxing new account applications, filing, etc can help free-up a top producer's time. Time that can be better spent improving sales.

Akoya Pearl and Its Producers

Akoya pearls are the example of the cultured pearls which are created with the help of Oysters which lives in salty water. It is provided with this name because it is created with the help of an Oyster species named as Akoya. It is a very small organism generally 3 to 10 millimeters. Therefore the size of akoya pearls is very small. But Akoya species of the oyster is a perfectionist because it gives rise to a complete spherical shaped pearl. Because of this quality Akoya Pearl are best suited for the creation of pearl jewelry items such as Pearl Necklace, Pearl Earrings, Pearl Bracelet etc. The size used for the creation of these jewelry items depends upon the individual's taste and the tradition of a country. Akoya pearl is generally found in two colors(White and Cream) with a luster of yellow and Rose as well. Japan and China are the largest producers of the Akoya Pearls. Japan is the first ever country which is associated with the manufacturing of Akoya pearls. Today the Japanese Pearl Industry is suffering because of water pollution in japan.

The Chinese farmers 40 years ago used the Japanese researchers' technique but the Pear created was quite inferior in quality in comparison with the Japanese pearls. In early 90's the Chinese farmers improve the technique and the result was amazing. Now it was almost impossible to differentiate the Japanese and Chinese Pearls. The Pearls with 4 to 8 mm in size sold these days is the creation of the Chinese farmers. The pearls of this size are popular in the teenage girls and the women in the range of 30 to 40 years. But they are still unable to create a 8.5 mm size pearl which is undoubtedly the creation of pearl founder " The Japanese". Because of this huge competition the Japanese farmers have now started to specialize only in big size Akoya pearls. The Chinese sell their small sized akoya pearls to the Japanese and the Japanese are the master of giving them a big shape. The Pearl with a size of 8.5 mm is the symbol of status and luxury.

JCB Tough Phone and Samsung M110 Solid - Two Robust, Splash, Dust and Shock Proof Phones

It has been a long time since mobile phones catered for an individual industry with the last so called 'work' phone by Siemens being discontinued over 5 years ago, but two new devices are bucking the trend for smaller, lighter, more advanced and feature packed mobile phone demand - introducing the JCB Tough Phone and the Samsung M110 Solid.

The mobile phones industry is mostly centred around new technology, as the manufacturers battle with each other to release new and exciting features such as high specification cameras and applications usually found on home computers two manufacturers have discovered an old niche in the market for hard working builders and the construction industry.

Phones that stand up to the odd fall, maybe out of a pocket or from scaffolding, phones that can be dropped into puddles by mistake and phones that can be stood on or run over accidentally are not in keeping with the fiddly little phones that are being introduced to the market recently so to see two devices released at the same time, both reporting to be robust enough to withstand the harshest of environments is a breath of fresh air.

Practicality wins over gimmicks with the JCB Tough and Samsung Solid - even the model names sound manly and strong!

Lets start with the JCB offering, a 4 in 1 tough phone, the JCB Tough Phone is a GSM handset that acts as a mobile phone, Walkie Talkie and a Mobile Presence Tool. The case is made from a reinforced rubberised material which is shock proof, water and dust resistant and even scratch proof.

Re-enforced to such an extent, the JCB Tough Phone can handle temperatures from as low as -20 to as high as 40 degrees celcius and the screen display is scratch resistant as well and anti glare ensuring high quality outdoor visibility.

Aimed at users in the construction business, the JCB Tough Phone, aka Sonim XP1 who are the actual manufacturers of this device, claims that it will handle anything that is thrown at it making it an excellent choice as a companion for heavy manual labour workers.

When in a noisy area, the JCB Toughphone can easily cope using its dual speakers and on the fun side, the JCB Tough Phone has ringtones for personalisation which include ones such as a preloaded recording of a JCB Digger.

The Mobile Pager can be pre-configured with predefined messages to be sent to the office at a touch of a button, whilst the Mobile Present Tool indicates who is available to receive calls at anytime.

The package itself comes inclusive of a USB cable and handy belt clip to keep the handset attached at all times.

Now to take a look at the new Samsung Solid, otherwise known as the Samsung SGH M110, which claims to be splash free, smash free and scratch resistant.

The Samsung Solid may look like a dowdy old mobile but if a consumer is looking for a mobile that can handle anything that is thrown at it and still make a call at the end of the day, then the Samsung M110 is probably their new best mate.

Designed as the perfect companion for those in the construction business or manual labour workers, the Samsung SGH-M110, aka Samsung Solid, is a solid candybar that is both shock proof and water resistant, available in a choice of either Olive Green or the more traditional Black, the Samsung M110 comes equipped with a VGA Camera and built-in FM functionality.

There is enough space in the phonebook to store up to 500 contact details and bluetooth wireless and EDGE technology come as standard, the screen is a decent 1.5inch 128 x 128 pixels displaying in 65,000 colours and the onboard features are easy to master and they include a calendar, reminder alert and currency convertor. Other features included on the Samsung M110 are built-in handsfree, voice dial and voice memo functions, which are always a major plus.

So the Samsung Solid is smaller, lighter and more feature packed than the JCB Tough Phone but is that really what a construction worker would worry about? So long as they can drop it, stand on it and use it after being dropped in a puddle then the size and weight only come second to a very useful and robust device. The one thing that might sway the majority to the JCB phone would be the fact that it is a recognised, construction industry brand and sports the black and yellow colours of JCB - could be handy in poor light when trying to find the phone.
