Making Millions Without Venture Capital

I was just reading an account of a man who did a course to go into property development. The course is very reasonably priced considering how much money you can make from a single deal.
This man lives in New Zealand, but wanted to break out of the rut, the coffin of drudgery. He took the plunge and purchased this particular course.
Excited, just as you would be when thinking you could be making some serious money in a matter of one year. By serious money, I am talking about a large six figure profit, not just one hundred thousand, but something over five hundred thousand.
Just as luck would have it, or some would say fate, this man did not appear to be able to make a go of anything. It wasn't that his training was no good, it was simply because he had found anything that fitted his criteria. It is hard to find something where you can make a fortune with very little. I mean how many times do you have to enter a lottery to ensure that you win a couple of million. But this course is better than winning a lottery, this course teaches you how to spot the deals of the lifetime.
After sixteen disappointing investigations into various projects, this person finally found one that looked like it might work. He did all his research and then secured the property to capitalize his good fortune.
You couldn't really call it good fortune because first he had to learn the system, which, by the way, he had to pay for first. Then he needed to do research into properties and all the other essentials required to assess the viability of the prospective deal being considered. This takes determination, belief in what one is doing, your time and energy. Besides this, friends and family will always be telling you to get a real life and start working for the municipality clearing the rubbish bins or something like that. Instead, this person stuck to his resolve. Why wouldn't you if you understood the system and believed that if other people could do this, even a young woman who dropped out of school at the age of twelve.
The seventeenth prospective deal looked interesting and proved to stack up. When he finalized his calculations, the person in question was quite excited. He stood to make one million, five hundred thousand for twelve months' work on this project. He got in contact with his mentor, who flew over to New Zealand to see how good his deal was. An analysis of the project produced even more rewards. The man in question has just been able to double his profits to three million dollars by making a few changes to the project.
There are many ways you can make money without venture capital. But to learn how to make serious money, you need to know people who can show you how. Without the right kind of knowledge, specialized knowledge, you are like a madman running around in a open zoo that has hunger lions on the prowl.
